Getting Started

What is TuitionTeacher?

TuitionTeacher is an AI-powered learning and supervision platform that helps students learn effectively while staying focused.

The platform allows you to:

• Create personalized AI-generated courses

• Monitor student focus during study sessions

• Generate quizzes and certifications

• Track learning progress

• Build a Digital Brain that remembers what the student learns over time

It works for:

How do I access TuitionTeacher?

You can access the platform by visiting our official website:

How do I create an account?

Follow these steps:

  1. Visit tuitionteacher.ai
  2. Click Get Started in the top-right corner
  3. Enter your details
  4. Review the Terms and Conditions
  5. Click Create Account

Once completed, your account will be ready to use.

How do I log in to my account?

  1. Go to tuitionteacher.ai
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Enter your login credentials
  4. Click Login

After logging in, you will be taken to your Dashboard, where you can manage classrooms, students, and courses.

Classroom & Student Management

What is a Classroom?

A Classroom is a learning group where students are organized.

Each classroom can contain multiple students, and each student belongs to a specific classroom.

This helps parents, tutors, and educators manage learning more effectively.

How do I create a classroom?

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click Classroom in the left menu
  3. Click New Classroom
  4. Enter a classroom name
  5. Click Submit

Your classroom will now be created.

How do I add students?

To add students:

  1. Click Students in the left navigation menu
  2. Click Add Student
  3. Enter the student’s name
  4. Select the classroom you want to assign them to
  5. Save the entry

Can I view students from different classrooms?

Yes.

You can switch between classrooms using the classroom selector at the top of the dashboard.

Students and their data are only visible within their assigned classroom.

Courses & Learning

How do I create a course?

To create a personalized course:

  1. Click Courses in the left navigation menu
  2. Click Create Course
  3. Enter the required details
  4. Generate your course outline

You can also reopen existing courses to continue learning.

What information is required to generate a course?

When creating a course, you will be asked to provide:

• Number of days you want to spend learning

• Hours per day you plan to study

• Education level

• Preferred language

Education levels include:

  1. Elementary School
  2. Middle School
  3. High School
  4. College
  5. Professional

Can I customize the course content?

Yes.

You can provide special instructions when generating a course.

Example:

“Use examples related to my city, San Francisco.”

This allows the AI to personalize the learning experience.

How long does it take to generate a course?

After you approve the course outline, the system typically generates the full course within a few seconds.

Quizzes & Certification

Does TuitionTeacher provide quizzes?

Yes.

Each course module includes AI-generated quizzes designed to test your understanding.

These quizzes help reinforce learning and identify areas that need improvement.

How do I earn a certificate?

To earn a course certificate:

  1. Complete all course modules
  2. Pass the required quizzes
  3. Achieve the minimum score required

If you do not pass a quiz, you can:

  1. Review the course material
  2. Retake the quiz

AI Supervisor (Focus Monitoring)

What is the Supervisor feature?

The Supervisor feature is an AI-powered monitoring system that helps students stay focused while studying.

It uses computer vision technology to detect distractions and provide alerts when necessary.

It acts like a virtual teacher or guardian supervising the student in real time.

What supervision modes are available?

TuitionTeacher offers three supervision modes:

Web Version

  1. Works directly from the website
  2. No installation required
  3. Suitable for basic supervision and monitoring

Chrome Extension

  1. Designed for Chrome users
  2. Tracks browser activity
  3. Provides deeper supervision insights

Desktop Application

  1. Works across the entire computer
  2. Provides strict supervision
  3. Designed to maintain high productivity levels

How do I start a supervised study session?

  1. Click Session in the left menu
  2. Click New Session
  3. Select the student
  4. Enable the monitoring features you want
  5. Click Start Session

Focus Detection Features

What behaviors can the system detect?

The Supervisor system can detect several focus-related behaviors.

Presence Detection

Checks whether the student is sitting in front of the computer.

Looking Away Detection

Alerts the student if they are looking away from the screen for too long.

Sleep Detection

Identifies if the student appears sleepy or inactive.

Yawning Detection

Detects signs of fatigue and recommends a break.

Reading Aloud Monitoring

Ensures the student is actively reading during study time.

Alerts & Notifications

How does the alert system work?

If the system detects that the student is distracted, it can trigger an alert.

There are three alert options.

Parent Recorded Alerts

Parents can record personalized video or audio reminders.

When the student becomes distracted, the parent’s message will automatically appear.

Record Alerts

Record a new alert message during the session.

Upload Alerts

Upload a pre-recorded audio or video message.

Can I customize alert timing?

Yes.

You can set how long the system waits before triggering an alert.

Example:

If you want an alert after 15 minutes of inactivity:

15 × 60 = 900 seconds

Enter 900 in the alert settings.

Screenshot Monitoring

What is the screenshot feature?

The screenshot feature allows the system to automatically capture the student’s screen at regular intervals.

This helps parents verify:

  1. What the student is studying
  2. Whether the student is focused
  3. How the learning session is progressing

Session Reports & Insights

Can I review past sessions?

Yes.

To review past sessions:

  1. Go to Sessions
  2. Select the session you want
  3. Click View

You will see detailed insights including:

  1. Focus analysis
  2. Alerts triggered
  3. Activity summary

Chrome Extension

What does the Chrome extension do?

The TuitionTeacher Chrome extension provides:

  1. Advanced browser supervision
  2. Tab monitoring
  3. Focus improvement analytics
  4. Digital Brain learning memory

How do I install the extension?

  1. Open the Chrome Web Store
  2. Search for TuitionTeacher
  3. Click Install

After installation, click the extension icon and log in using your TuitionTeacher account.
